Structural Engineering: single and multi-story buildings, bridges, marine facilities and other special purpose structures of concrete, masonry, wood, steel and glass.
Building Technology: exterior cladding, fenestration, curtain walls, and waterproofing systems including roofing, split-slab membranes, pools/fountains and below grade waterproofing
Preparation of complete design, construction and contract documents, including technical specifications and on site construction administration for all architectural and engineering design projects.
Earthquake damage evaluation and reconstruction of civic, commercial and residential buildings after Loma Prieta and Northridge Earthquakes. Architect and Engineer of Record for numerous earthquake strengthening and reconstruction projects; including design of limited slip foundations and energy absorptive structural systems.
